I met Slogan during a feeding event back in 2023 in Nairobi, Majengo. The event was successful owing to his leadership skills and how he organized and calmed down a rowdy group of street people. Then I was still new to volunteering on the streets, so this gave me a unique perspective to observe the behaviors of people around me

I remember this one time we had a lot of people to feed with not enough meals to give to them, On that day, Slogan gave out HIS to some kids. On that day, we welcomed him to our after-meet brief, and he shared a LOT with us. We employed his skills in one more feeding event the same year, and this too, turned out to be a major success.

Slogan is a faithful Muslim and a leader who leads us in prayer. Through Slogan, I learned that a leader is meant to serve. I look forward to working alongside Slogan again.
